Some random fan quotes given upon Michael Jackson's acquittal
"I feel like I was reborn," said Vanexel, who claimed he helped lift Jackson onto an SUV for his notorious rooftop dance after his arraignment. "The best is yet to come for Michael. This time around, the world owes him something."
"The whole trial was laughable and Michael was treated inhumanely. I think people were trying to throw him into prison to get at his money," Stock said.
I just have one question for these so-called fans: would you leave your kid alone with this man?
If so, you deserve to have your reproductive rights cancelled. You're not intelligent enough to bring a child into this world.
Posted by Kathy at June 14, 2005 12:00 AMThe "Not Guilty" verdict seems quite plausible. The prosecution witnesses were not sterling. The jury had plenty of reason to find reasonable doubt.
Yet it seems obvious fron Michael Jackson's filmed statment that he routinely sleeps with teenage boys that Jackson is a pervert. I suspect that Jackson's hard core fans, like the ones quoted, are indifferent to Jackson's perversion. Yet I would hope that the general public would shun Jackson like threw week old rotten eggs.
Jackson was entitled to the legal benefit of the doubt with respect to his legal case. Jackson is not entitled to that same doubt with respect anybody buying any of his albums. This man does not deserve another dime of your money.
Posted by: David L at June 14, 2005 08:26 AMI was glad he was acquited. I won the beverage of my choice from my boss. I'm trying to decide between a hideously expensive scotch and a rare cognac. Either way, yummy.
And what were these parents thinking? They seemed to practically push their kids into his bed. Assholes, all of them.
Finally, Michael is now, probably, broke.
Posted by: RP at June 14, 2005 09:30 AMThese Jackson fans are giving "raving lunatic no-life fanatics" the world over a bad name. Somewhere, near the vicinity of the real world, there's a 35 year old virgin living in his mother's basement who watched the Jackson verdict coverage while practicing conjugating verbs in Klingon. . . . and he's disturbed by the sheer creepiness of these wackos.
Posted by: Russ from Winterset at June 14, 2005 12:47 PM"Raffles" Vanexel's(29? Unbelievable!) statement that "This time around, the world owes him something" is too much.
I'll bet HIS greatest fantasy is that he's four years old again and is invited to sleep over at Mikie's on Friday night.
